How does it work?

Osho Garment Finishers & Launderers Pvt. Ltd makes getting laundry done EASY! Simply contact your Osho Garment Finishers & Launderers Pvt. Ltd Associate to schedule a pick-up day and time. The information shall be included in your confirmation email. Fill your laundry bag, hand it off, receive your clean folded/hung laundry two to six days later, depending on the type of service required.

How do I get started?

Once you complete our online sign-up form, your Professional Osho Garment Finishers & Launderers Pvt. Ltd Associate will contact you via phone to schedule your first laundry pick-up. He'll be available to discuss your laundry needs and answer any questions you might have.

Do I need to prepare my laundry or sort it ahead of time?

Nope! Your Osho Garment Finishers & Launderers Pvt. Ltd Associate will sort, wash, dry, fold, package. Just be sure to let him know if you have any special requests.

How do I pay?

Osho Garment Finishers & Launderers Pvt. Ltd uses a convenient cash/credit or debit card/ net payment system. In case of net payment your payment information is stored with our banker. The payment is made after the garments are processed and delivered to your door step.

When will I get my clothes back?

Turn around time from pick-up to drop off is two to six days later, depending on the type of service required.
Please note orders and items needing stain-treatment may cause your Osho Garment Finishers & Launderers Pvt. Ltd Associate to return items after the six day period.

What if I need my laundry done faster?

Ask your Associate about express service availability. Options include:
Urgent – 02 days
Semi Urgent – 4 days
Extra fee is applicable for the same.
The standard return time is within 06 days from pick up.

What types of laundering requests do you accommodate?

We strive to provide you with a laundry service plan that is tailored to your needs. Some of our many service options include:

What if I can’t be home for my scheduled pick-up or drop off?

You can leave your bag in secure location outside your home (doorstep, porch, patio, reception desk etc.) or reschedule a day/time with our Associate.

What are the service options (bag sizes/ descriptions)?

Your customized service plan will be set up based on
1.) the number of garments you need laundered and
2.) frequency – which will give you more bonus points.

We offer two convenient bag sizes to choose from:

Please note that you are never bound by a length of service requirement. Service can be paused, stopped and resumed at any point with NO fees.

I have allergies, do you use allergen free products?

Be sure to inform your Osho Garment Finishers & Launderers Pvt. Ltd Associate of any allergies to laundering and cleaning products you have. We always offer a hypo-allergenic option free of charge!

Do you do dry cleaning?

Along with your laundry bag our Associate can take your dry clean only items to our designated dry cleaning unit and pick them back up. They'll be delivered right to your door with your wash & fold laundry. No extra fees are charged for the same. Ask your Osho Garment Finishers & Launderers Pvt. Ltd Associate for details.

How do I schedule a laundry pick-up (who?)

All scheduling is handled by your Osho Garment Finishers & Launderers Pvt. Ltd Associate. Their contact information can be found in the email conformation you received when you signed up for service. You can also contact Home Office at 033-30520013/30520014 (Monday to Saturday – 9.30 AM to 8.00 PM).

Is there an additional charge to wash large items like comforters, pillows or jackets?

Bulky items such as comforters, pillows and jacks are charged individually. You may go through the rate card for all the details.

Can I get my garments ironed?

Yes! The cost for ironing is 50% of the washing rate as mentioned in the rate card. Simply tell us which item(s) need ironed and as per your preference, we'll press/steam according to your specifications.

What do I do if I have a delicate garment that needs cleaned?

If you have a delicate item that needs to be washed separately from your other items, please place it in a bag inside of your bag of dirty clothes. There is NO additional fee for any delicate item you give.

Are my clothes washed with other people’s clothes?

Absolutely not! Each bag is processed by itself. We will never clean your clothes with another customer’s clothing.

Can I give someone else my bag to drop off?

If you will not be present during your scheduled pick-up day, we will accept your bag from someone else. To maintain the security of your items, we will not drop-off to anyone other than yourself, unless you specifically contact us and instruct us otherwise.

What if I am missing an item of clothing from my returned bag?

Although not required, you can complete an inventory sheet prior to pick-up that details all items found within your bag. You will keep the original sheet and we will keep a copy. If an item should come up missing that was listed on the inventory sheet, and it is reported within 48 hours from drop off; we will reimburse you an amount 10 times the washing charges of that particular item.

When do I pay for your services?

Services are paid for before or after we process your clothes as per your preference. Payments are accepted online or via cash/credit card/debit card.

What if I miss my pick-up/drop-off time?

If you miss your pick-up day, and do not notify the provider prior to their arrival you will be charged a Rs.100-00 missed pick up fee. This fee is to compensate your provider for their time and fuel expenses. You can avoid a missed pick up fee by canceling your pick up with your provider. Please note that you if you’ve pre-paid for service, you will not be refunded for missed pick-ups.

What should I put my clothing in for the initial pick-up?

We will bring you our bag to fill at the time of pick-up. If you will not be present, you can leave them in a trash bag or comparable bag.

What happens if I leave personal items in my pockets?

We ask that you ensure all items have been removed from your pockets prior to pick-up. In the event that we do find items in your pockets, we shall intimate you immediately and place them in an envelope/zip-lock bag and return it with your bag.
